I just signed up, but can't find my members login details

Please check that the email isn't spam blocked or in your junk mail folder. If you do locate it, add it to your safe senders’ list.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 60 day guarantee on digital orders. We accept returns on physical products within 60-days of receiving your order. All returns should be sent to Product Returns, 8650 Genesee Ave Ste 214, San Diego, CA 92122.

How much time will it take for me to receive my package?

Digital orders are sent immediately after payment and emailed to the address provided. You might want to check your spam box to ensure that your login information has not been emailed.

You will receive your order for physical product within 3-5 working day. Your package will be sent with USPS and can take up to 21 days and you will be sent a shipping notification once your parcel has been dispatched which will contain your tracking information.

How much shipping and handling is it?

Shipping and handling costs for US orders are $8.25. For Canadian orders, $14 and $25.
